LIGHTHOUSE Women’s Hockey is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all women to enjoy the game they love. This includes implementing policies and procedures that address issues such as gender equality, fair play, respect, and anti-discrimination. Moreover, LIGHTHOUSE players are committed to giving back to their community in various ways such as speaking or mentoring youth for support in 2SLGBTQI+ and mental health. We believe that everyone should have support and inclusivity in their organizations to foster safe spaces.
